In the upcoming weeks, we will visit the highest \u2013 La Paz, Bolivia \u2013 and the second highest \u2013 Quito, Ecuador.<br \/>\nWe arrived in the city Thursday afternoon, and decided to stay until Sunday. Unfortunately Frank \u2013 who we were coming to visit \u2013 was dispatched to Haiti to cover the events. What a contrast with cities in Central America, which seem in many ways more exotic.
